The main thing is that I have changed my eating habits once and for all and believe I will slim down to 100kg (220lb) within 12 months of commencing and remain that way. I feel better and look better and am more positive and active. I urge everyone to consider taking action if they are overweight or obese, especially if they live in the Philippines. It isn;t easy but it can be done and it will be very well worth it!
